Abstract: Henry Ellis Lackey was a Rear Admiral in the United States Navy and a member of the United States Naval Academy Class of 1899. The Lackey Papers consist of a scrapbook of Lackey's experiences at the U.S. Naval Academy and a book of calling cards from his command of Squadron 40 (Temporary) in the late 1930s.
