"The Gumbatsu miscalculated America's Fighting Strength"
"to underrate and look down upon the fighting spirit of the American people is a great mistake. In calculating the strength of America if we do not consider their manpower teh equal of ours, we shall make the same mistake as Germany did in misjudging the British people in the First World War."
The Gumbatsu made this mistake when they calculated their chance of winning the war. Now theyknow their error.
