Thirty-five war damage reports, produced by the U.S. Navy's Bureau of Ships, are added to the World War II Battle Reports and Analyses Collection. The reports document battle damage to various U.S. Navy destroyers, cruisers, battleships, submarines, and support vessels throughout World War II. 05-19-2016

 

The Amphibious Operations series of information bulletins, comprising 8 volumes in 24 parts, is added to the World War II Battle Reports and Analyses Collection. The bulletins cover amphibious operations and landings in the Marianas, Marshalls, Okinawa, Iwo Jima, the Philippines, Italy, and Northern France. 07-23-15

 

61 combat prints, depicting the aftermath of Pearl Harbor, kamikaze attacks, the battle for Peleliu, the invasion of Iwo Jima, Japanese POWs, and air raids on Okinawa, are added to the the World War II Combat Photograph Collection. 07-10-15

 

49 combat prints, depicting Allied raids on Mili in the Marshall Islands and the negotiation of the German-Soviet Nonaggression Pact, are added to the World War II Combat Photograph Collection. 07-02-15
